Your Mortgage Company is pleased to be your lender and would like to outline the five easy steps to closing your loan.

1.....Complete the enclosed condensed application and fax, mail, or call the information to your Mortgage Loan Representative.

2.....Be sure to discuss your options to either lock-in your interest rate or float your rate.

3.....You will receive the loan application documents for your review and signature along with a list of any additional documentation needed to expedite your loan process. You can get a jump start on this process by reviewing the preliminary checklist in this brochure.

4.....Once Your Mortgage Lender receives your completed package along with your non-refundable fee for the credit report and appraisal we will order these items and complete the processing of your loan. You will be contacted by the credit reporting agency for a short interview.

5.....When your loan is approved and finalized you are ready to close. Closing documents will be forwarded to the title company.
